Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and wz888 (hereinafter "wz888", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://wz888.cam and all associated services, features, content, products and promotions offered thereon.

wz888 is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve players across Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The platform offers, among other services, sports betting (including cricket, football and UFC markets), live casino games, slot games, table games, instant games and esports wagering.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the wz888 platform, you unequivocally confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any amendments published by wz888 from time to time;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• Your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the wz888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required under the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction or your own jurisdiction, whichever is greater. wz888 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or use of the Services.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on wz888 at any given time. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the Account exclusively for your own personal, recreational use. Corporate, commercial or third-party use is not permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion arrangement, whether applied through wz888 or any linked responsible gambling programme, at the time of registration or continued use.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and throughout your Account tenure. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the wz888 registration process by providing, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password and a current, personally owned email address. You may also be required to provide additional information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and preferred currency.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your Account details if your circumstances change. wz888 reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wz888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify wz888 support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Name and Identity Match

The name registered on your wz888 Account must match the name on your verified identity documents and, where applicable, your payment methods. Discrepancies may result in Account restrictions, delayed withdrawals or Account suspension pending verification.

Terms of Use

By using the wz888 Platform, you agree to comply with the following use conditions at all times:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may access the Platform using a standard internet-connected device for the purposes of placing wagers and playing available games, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, fabricated or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Using any automated software, bot, spider, scraper or other non-human access mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in betting markets;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Encouraging or facilitating underage gambling;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct toward wz888 staff or other users.

5.3 Platform Availability

wz888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. wz888 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Deposits & Payments

wz888 offers a range of deposit options which are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. The availability of any specific payment method — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — is subject to change without notice and varies by region.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity.
• wz888 does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Deposits denominated in PKR are subject to the exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of transaction, where applicable.
• wz888 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits where anti-money laundering or fraud controls require it.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active Bonus Fund wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible, as part of our AML controls.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. wz888 does not guarantee any specific processing timeframe.
• wz888 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where a transaction appears unusual, where Account standing is in question, or where regulatory obligations require further investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

wz888 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and loyalty programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded under any promotion are subject to a wagering requirement (WR), which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and/or the bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered in qualifying bets before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. WR figures are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

8.2 Minimum Odds and Game Restrictions

Qualifying wagers toward a WR may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., sports betting, slots, live dealer) or minimum odds thresholds. Bets placed on excluded game types or below the minimum qualifying odds will not count toward WR completion.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated WR are subject to a time-limited validity period, which is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds that expire before WR completion will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

8.4 Anti-Abuse

wz888 reserves the right to void, modify or withdraw any bonus offer where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Players who exploit promotions in a manner not consistent with legitimate recreational play may have their bonus privileges suspended.

8.5 No Guarantee of Continued Offers

The existence of current promotions does not constitute a guarantee that such promotions will be renewed or continued. wz888 may modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional programme at any time without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game rounds and other wagering activities conducted on the wz888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category, which are accessible within each game or betting market interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled by the Player after confirmation except where the Platform's bet-cancellation feature is explicitly available for that market.
• wz888 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where a pricing error has materially affected the offered odds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Platform's records shall be the definitive reference. Outcomes are determined by official results from governing sports bodies for sports markets.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournament matches and T20 internationals — are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament governing authority.
• In the event of abandonment, postponement or cancellation of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules for that sport or market type.
• Game outcomes in the Casino section are determined by Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live-dealer operations, as applicable. Theoretical RTP figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative only and reflect the game provider's published specifications.

KYC & Verification

wz888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age and source of funds of its users, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You expressly consent to this verification process upon registering an Account.

10.1 Required Documentation

KYC verification may require you to provide, without limitation, the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, unexpired Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. All four corners of the document must be visible and unobstructed.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document bearing your name and residential address, where required.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph or short video of you holding your identity document, for biometric comparison purposes.
• Source of Funds: Documentation demonstrating the lawful source of funds used for deposits, where requested.

10.2 Document Integrity

You must not alter, crop, obscure, photoshop or otherwise tamper with any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent, falsified or third-party documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

10.3 Secure Submission

Documents must be uploaded exclusively through wz888's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must not transmit sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, social media platforms or third-party chat applications. wz888 will never request KYC documents through unofficial channels.

Responsible Gambling

wz888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered users with access to self-management tools designed to support healthy, sustainable engagement with the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits via Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders or enforced caps.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform through Account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding users of elapsed session time are available in applicable game environments.

Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. wz888 employs KYC procedures to verify age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the wz888 Platform, including but not limited to the wz888 brand name, logo, website design, graphical interface, written content, game titles, software and marketing materials (collectively "Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of wz888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sublicense, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform Content without wz888's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wz888 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Services, including where caused by technical failure, maintenance or force majeure;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes or promotional terms;
• Any legal consequences arising from your participation in the Services in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wz888's liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Account Suspension & Termination

wz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit associated balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, collusion or any other illegal activity;
• Exploitation of technical errors, software bugs or bonus systems in bad faith;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Risk management considerations, at wz888's sole and reasonable discretion.

Users may also close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining withdrawable Balance will be processed to the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions. Self-excluded users seeking Account closure for responsible gambling reasons will be handled with priority and sensitivity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wz888 holds its operating licence. wz888 does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani authority and makes no representations regarding the applicability of Pakistani law to these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of wz888's licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law in a User's jurisdiction of residence mandates otherwise.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Amendments to These Terms

wz888 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Effective Date" banner at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
